Are your products made out of real gold?
NO. We offer Gold PVD Plated jewelry. We assure that you are getting the highest quality gold plating available in the market. Base metal is hypoallergenic surgical stainless steel.
Do your products fade?
All Gold plating fades over time and use. CG pieces fade into a duller, less shiny gold, but will not tarnish or turn into that nasty green brown fade you get from most fashion accessories.

DO YOU DO CASH ON DELIVERY?
Yes, cash on delivery is available nationwide (Philippines). COD packages arrive later than non-COD. We use a different courier for COD services and their ETA is 7-10 working days. International COD is unavailable.
DO YOU ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?
Yes, we currently ship to Australia and east Asia.
HOW LONG DO RESERVATIONS GO? DO YOU ALLOW EXTENSIONS?
Reservations go for a maximum of 2 days (excluding weekends and Holidays),
but we understand that schedules can be unforgiving sometimes.
To extend reservation for you order, simply send us a message at firstname.lastname@example.org
with Reservation Extension as subject.
I'D LIKE TO ADD/REMOVE ITEMS FROM MY ORDER. IS THIS POSSIBLE?
No worries. You can still edit the items on your order as long as you have not yet settled payment for it.
Simply email us at email@example.com with Change Order as your subject.
Please provide your Name, Order Number, and items you want to add/remove.
Change requests are subject for approval.
WHICH COURIER WILL YOU USE TO DELIVER MY PACKAGE?
We use Friends Padala, J&T, and Gogo Express for addresses within Metro Manila; J&T and Gogo Express for addresses outside Metro Manila; and DHL for International Deliveries.

I JUST PAID FOR MY ORDER. WHAT SHOULD I DO NEXT?
After payment, you need to submit your proof of payment via email so we can start verifying your payment and fulfilling your order. Send your proof of payment to firstname.lastname@example.org.
As soon as your payment has been confirmed, your order will be scheduled on the nearest available shipping date. We ship from Monday to Saturday, 10AM to 3PM.
I TRIED TO LOCATE MY PACKAGE USING THE TRACKING CODE YOU PROVIDED, BUT NOTHING SHOWS UP!
Tracking information takes a while to be encoded on our courier's website.
This may take up to 24 hours from ship out date. If you were not able to obtain status of your package, please check again at a later time.
DO YOU ALLOW RETURNS?
We don't accept item returns but you can have your item exchanged for an item of similar value. Do note that shipping fees applicable to returning your item and sending the exchange item will be shouldered by YOU.
Items that do not meet your satisfaction are accepted for exchanges up until 7 days from fulfillment date.
