ITEM RETURN & EXCHANGE

Cold Gold accepts item exchanges within 7 days of the date your item was delivered. If you would like to return/exchange any item(s), please contact customer support via email info@coldgold.co. This refund & exchange policy only applies to purchases directly from our website. This does not cover purchases from our stockists. 

HOW TO RETURN & EXCHANGE MY ITEM?
Please carefully package the item you are returning in its original packaging and ship it back to our stockhouse in Pasay City. Message us via our email with the subject as "Exchange Item" and state the reason why. Send it to info@coldgold.co

*please be advised that all shipping fees for your item exchange will be shouldered by you. Cold Gold will only pay for shipping in the event that we send you an incorrect item.

*your new exchange item will be prepared 1-2 business days from receiving your return package.

RETURN POLICY
Please read carefully before making your purchase. All orders made through this online store are considered final once Proof of Payment is submitted or the order has already been shipped out. We are not required to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase for any reason. We will not refund for "change of mind". Absolutely no refunds on custom engraved merchandise and any custom made jewelry. If the received order was faulty or damaged, we will properly meet obligations under the applicable laws  and the validity of all claims will be decided by Cold Gold Urban Jewellery.

 ONE-TIME RETURN POLICY

Cold Gold products are guaranteed under our ONE-TIME-RETURN Policy - If it fades, breaks, or tarnishes within 7 DAYS from the day it was delivered, we will replace or repair it FREE of charge to you ONE time only. The second time, and so on afterward, there is a P1000 repair fee + shipping fee. 


IN STORE RETURNS
Our policy does not cover purchases from Cold Gold partner stores/stockists. The respective Affiliate Store's Return Policy applies.
